These properties are set by LHCbDIRAC when using ProdConf and should also be available for Run 3.

Soon I'll add tests to make sure these properties are applied correctly but these will be in merge requests to DaVinci and Moore (I've already tested locally).

Required for lhcb-dpa/analysis-productions/LbAnalysisProductions#69 (closed) and lhcb-dpa/analysis-productions/LbAnalysisProductions#68 (closed).
