Reduce verbosity when starting application

• Do not print value of prescale as most prescalers anyhow have a generic name.

Can go in together with Rec!3102 (merged)

@rmatev this is good from the RTA side, DaVinci either needs a ref update or, even better, stops checking for this info line (change coming from Rec!3102 (merged))
