Replace direct usage of Gaudi::Functional algorithms with LHCb::Algorithm
sponce_functionalHeaders into master
Merged Sebastien Ponce requested to merge sponce_functionalHeaders into master

Favor LHCbalgs version so that Gaudi::algorithm is the base class and not GaudiAlgorithm

Also added namespaces here and there when more practical

Requires Lbcom!635 (merged)
