brem functors / wrappers

Adds wrapper around Particle/Composite/ChargedBasic(?) used by functors to access brem-corrected variants of momenta / covariance functions.

Unfortunately there is nothing in LHCb that uses the new headers and, because of the way headers from upstream projects are used, compiler warning originated in the files are hidden.

With a special build I saw a few "missing override" and some "narrowing conversion" warnings.
