Add algorithm to select subview of RawBank view

Add algorithm which selects banks with a certain HltSourceID. This should make handling of DecReports, SelReports or DstData more explicit.

I also added another change which is necessary to reprocess the Hlt2 data. The special treatment of TAE data needs to be disabled.
