Adding Rich variables for Functors

Add pending Rich variables to become Functors, following the list from (PID CALIBRATION STATUS, 18th of May):

• Rich1GasUsed
• Rich2GasUsed
• RichThresholdEl
• RichThresholdKa
• RichThresholdMu
• RichThresholdPi
• RichThresholdPr
• RichThresholdDe

First in ProtoParticle.h, then moving to ProtoParticle.cpp and finally ChargedProtoParticleAddRichInfo.cpp to propagate it.

To avoid duplication within ProtoParticle, could you directly access the RichPID object within the functor (Rec!3563 (closed))? This is a great opportunity to do that, as we can then probably move more of this kind of info to the origin (doens't have to be in this MR)

One additional comment is you have missed one of the mass hypothesis the RICh considers, Deuteron.

Please add this along side the others.

I forgot it, now Deuteron exists into every file in both MR.
