Adding Rich variables for Functors

Add pending Rich variables to become Functors, following the list from (PID CALIBRATION STATUS, 18th of May):

• Rich1GasUsed
• Rich2GasUsed
• RichThresholdEl
• RichThresholdKa
• RichThresholdMu
• RichThresholdPi
• RichThresholdPr
• RichThresholdDe

First in ProtoParticle.h, then moving to ProtoParticle.cpp and finally ChargedProtoParticleAddRichInfo.cpp to propagate it.
