Remove Velo(Lite) clusters from DigiEvent

When working on something else, I noticed we still had references to the Run-1/2 VELO clusters in LHCb.

@kreps confirmed to me that Boole uses a dedicated Run 1/2 build, so these are not needed in master.

I wasn't too sure how this dict is handled, exactly, so I guessed by just removing any references to these obsolete classes in there... but I also didn't see references to newer classes (for example the VPLightCluster)? @cattanem

I can't comment on why no dictionary for VPLightCluster exists, but for sure you can remove Velo(Lite)Cluster from here if it's not used anywhere else in LHCb
