Port of default ParticleTable from DDDB upgrade/master

Hendrik Jage requested to merge hjage_particle_table_2024 into 2024-patches

Update the default ParticleTable in LHCb to the latest (upgrade/master) DDDB version. The reason for updating the default.ParticleTable.txt is that it's currently still used by the particle property service (in DD4Hep).

A newer version of the particle table is e.g. needed for the new HLT2 trigger lines introduced in Moore!3279 (merged).

It has not been finally decided if this MR should go to 2024-patches or master first, before being cherry-picked into the other. @gcorti
