make LbAppInit printout backwards compatible

BrunelInit           INFO Memory has changed from 2127824 to 2136144 KB (8320KB, 0.39101%) in last  'Increment':100 events

LbAppInit prints:

BrunelInit           INFO Memory has changed from 2127824 to 2136144 KB (8320KB, 0.39101%) in last  100 events
