Synchronize master branch with 2024-patches

Includes:

• update fsr expected json (!75 (merged))
• integration test for PV checking (!61 (merged))
• adapt the hlt1 tests due to Moore!3358 (merged) (!74 (merged))
• Add step to test whether the application options from sprucing are written correctly to the FSR (!70 (merged))
