RichFuture - Mirror segment finder update

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge RichFutureTools-NewMirrorSegmentFinderInterface into master

Update RichMirrorSegFinderLookUpTable to inherit from the new IMirrorSegFinderLookUpTable interface (LHCb!529 (merged)) and update RichRayTracing tool to use the new interface.
