Ray tracing and smart ID tool improvements

  • Improvements to the ray tracing tool, from using the new SIMD mirror data caching utility in LHCb!1118 (merged)
  • Extends the future RichSmartID tool to add a new SIMD method for determining the local panel positions for a given position in the global coordinate frame.
