Added full cluster 2 mchit linking

As we work with VPFullClusters nowadays, we lacked links between the clusters and MCHits. This adds that back in. We could also decide on the fate of the VPCluster2MCHitLinker. To me, it can be deleted, but I didn't want to go ahead without your confirmation.
