Follow changes in LHCb!2854 -- cleanup UT code

• replace detType() with "UT"
• remove use of setForcedInit() which is now default
• remove use of `setDetType("UT") as "UT" is the (only) possible value

must be applied in conjunction with LHCb!2854 (merged) and Boole!326 (merged)
