Add new features to CaloHypoEfficiency
New features are:
- allow for no parent ID requirement, ie allow to check the efficiency for all true electrons and photons. So far we were always restricting to b decays
- add another tuple with MC information for the true electrons and photons to help understand classification inefficiencies
First little step towards Moore#302
The results of the test should not change but reference updates for RecoConf.hlt2_reco_calo_efficiency
will be needed to account for the new tuple stored by the algorithm.
ref update in: Moore!974 (merged)
