Create PrCheckerEfficiency script to analyse HLT1 reco output files

    Does setting this actually produce some output? If yes, is it worth checking the contents in some way in the tests?

The HLT1 reco baseline test now produces an output ROOT file, but the contents of this file isn't checked.
