hlt2_pr_kf_tool_example dd4hep/detdesc diffs

It was decided in !2531 (merged) that the diffs between dd4hep and detdesc where too big to just ignore, so no dd4hep specific ref was created and the test currently still fails in the dd4hep builds.

we now need to decide what to do

@mveghel @dovombru Could you please propose someone whom could look into this. We need to quickly understand if the diffs are in fact OK, and thus we just prepare the dd4hep specific refs, or if there is something going on that needs addressing.
