Create T-track ProtoParticle and Particle objects from Brunel input

It was discovered in !216 (merged) that there are no T-track ProtoParticle objects in Upgrade Brunel files. We need to create these by hand if we want them.

I suggest we close this. If analysts want T-tracks they can/should use the on-the-fly reconstruction instead. Do you agree @lohenry?
