BnoC bandwidth analysis on early data- action needed

Issue to discuss/respond to BnoC lines mentioned in the bandwidth analysis presented on 03/05/24 in RTA-DPA general https://indico.cern.ch/event/1395762/#5-bandwidth-numbers-on-real-da.

This highlighted lines with significant data/MC Bandwidth differences, worst offenders for HLT2 lines overlap which add extra bandwidth and lines which overlap with many other lines

Comments for each of the above issue with tables of BnoC lines which are identified as problematic are included here.
