Add a mue builder that applies brem correction and extend the dielectron with brem builder to access full information

Needed by !1150 (merged) to complete the currently available list of rare decays builders. To be tested with it.

I just added the builder and did not migrate anything to ThOr on these builders, since it's best done for the full file at once and there are a few functors missing (ProbNN, TrackSelectors and ProtoParticleFilters, ADMASS from what I saw).
