B2CC: Migration to ThOr functors
Migrate all LoKi functors to ThOr functors for B2CC.
Some tiny differences between LoKi and ThOr are seen for Vertex chi2cut. See report from Jie.
Includes 5 new lines for Bs2JpsiHH (!1080 (merged)), 29 lines for sin2beta (!1143 (merged)), 1 lines for Bs2JpsiKst (!1084 (merged)) and 1 lines for Bs2JpsiPhi with extra muon (!1245 (merged))
Update the rates (estimated with MooreAnalysis with the default hlt1filtered minibias sample) after a lot of optimization: (There are still some lines with relatively high rates but we would like to merge with them first. Some of them can be prescaled or go to sprucing later)
