Add JpsiKS hlt2 lines with control channels

Implementation of HLT2 lines for the following stripping lines used in the time-dependent CPV analysis to measure sin2beta with Bd2Jpsi(mumu/ee)KS(pipi) and Bd2psi(2S)(mumu)KS(pipi):

• Bd2Jpsi(mumu)KS(pipi) with and without lifetime cut in LL, DD, LD and UL with two slightly different cut options
• Bd2psi2S(mumu)KS(pipi) with and without lifetime cut in LL and DD
• Bu2Jpsi(mumu)Kplus with lifetime cut and cuts very similar to Bd2JpsimumuKSpipi
• Bd2Jpsi(mumu)Kstar(Kpi) with and without lifetime cut and cuts very similar to Bd2JpsimumuKSpipi
• Bd2Jpsi(ee)KS(pipi) with and without lifetime cut in LL and DD
• Bu2Jpsi(ee)Kplus with lifetime cut and cuts very similar to Bd2JpsieeKSpipi The rates of these lines plus all other lines, which were implemented before are attached.

The efficiencies for the electron channels and the muon channels are also attached
