Create dedicated sprucing test lines

Sprucing line test and example curently uses the main b2oC sprucing line.

Goals:

  1. Migrate the sprucing examples to it's own dedicated test file.
  2. Add extra_outputs and persistreco examples to sprucing line tests.
  3. Add dedicated test for sprucing.
