Calo monitoring Time Alignment and 2D histograms

Time Alignment:

• ADC per BX (filled with cells' ADCs)
• Energy per BX (filled with cells' energy)

2D:

• Accumulated digits for each cell
• Accumulated ADCs for each cell
• Accumulated Energy for each cell
• cell by cell ADCs 1D histogram

ADC/E/Et Threshold configurable
