Xi_b -> Xi Gamma and Omega_b -> Omega Gamma lines

HLT2 lines for Xi_b -> Xi Gamma and Omega_b -> Omega Gamma decays. Some of the cuts are based on previous Run2 lines and use new ThOr builders. Only Long tracks considered

Included modes:

• Xi_b- -> (Xi- -> L0 pi-) Gamma;
• Omega_b- -> (Omega- -> L0 K-) Gamma;

Current rates

• Xibm_LLL = 0.24 +/- 0.034 kHz
• Omegabm_LLL = 0.1 +/- 0.03 kHz

Hi. Is there a plan to add the similar selections but with the photons converted to a dielectron pair (long or downstream electrons)?

I see you moved all your builder to the rdbuilder_thor but that file is only for the centrally defined and maintained filters/builders, you should put your specific builders into a separate file.
