Vector boson + jet sprucing lines

This is a set of sprucing lines for Vector boson + jet(s) processes.

Z and W bosons in muon and electron decays are considered.

One or two additional jets are also required, without or with SV-tagging.

Efficiency of Z(->mu mu)+jet line on top of the Z->mu mu HLT2 (Z+jet simulation): Eff=( 7.373272 +- 0.887030)%

@wbarter @rjhunter here you have the module with the vector bosons + jet(s) sprucing lines :-) The logic is basically the same of the tt-bar lines. If you have time to take a look, it would be great to have this before the next merging of qee_upgrade into master.
