B2OC: tuning of B->Dshhh lines

• Added new cut on(D - B end vertex Z positions) to _make_b2chhh builder, should be backwards compatible
• Tuned B->Dshhh lines

@phdargen (cc @shunan) I am right to understand that for YOUR lines, BdToDsmPiPiPi_DsmToKmKpPim and BdToDsmKPiPi_DsmToKmKpPim, you introduced b_sigmanet_filter while some other changes I see are related to the fact that you wanted to keep the code as it was for some other lines (so using b_to_d0hhh_bdt_filter) ?

@phdargen (cc @shunan) can you please add the fraction of min bias events your two lines now select ?

as you may know the rate is: 1e+6*N_selected/N_ran_over

you find N_selected and N_ran_over in the Moore output ascii file or just attach the file to this MR
