Add qmtest for DST writing and reading with Allen in Moore

Add two qmtests:

• Write a DST file with Allen called from Moore, similar to allen_mdf_write; checking that at least one positive and negative decision is taken with the TrackMVA and TwoTrackMVA lines; store output in file
• Read the DST file produced in the first test, check that the number of events selected with TrackMVA is the same as in the previous test by checking the stored output
