Update tests to ThOr functors and decouple from production

Following !1316 (merged), this MR updates some tests to use ThOr functors and to be independent from production lines.

Hi @nskidmor, @rmatev and @peilian, following !1316 (merged), I've updated some tests that relied in old LoKi builders from production lines. Now they're ThOr based and independent, so any future change in production lines shouldn't affect them. Please take a look. If you agree with the changes, this should be ready for testing.
