Fix for SMOG test

DIGI files containing RetinaClusters have been moved from /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP6/Allen/mdf_input/ to /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP6/Allen/digi_input/.
This MR fixes the file locations for SMOG tests.

@rmatev This was tested together with Rec!2776 (merged) and SMOG tests are now OK. This update is ready to be merged.
