Use upgrade minbias LDST for tests

  • Small adjustments so that the TCK creation and initialisation tests work when fed LDST input data.
  • Change the default input to be upgrade minbias MC LDST.

When running in production to filter upgrade MC samples we plan to read/write the LDST format without additional juggling steps.
