RD HLT2 lines: qqbar_to_ll fix

Removing name parameter from the specific builders in order to avoid Cannot instantiate ParticleRangeFilter twice with different names error.

Hello @lpica, this MR should solve errors observed when testing !1282 (merged), so they should be tested together.

Locally I purged my stack and rebuild again, after removing name parameters from this files it works fine. This is more a hotfix than anything else, we will have to modify how RD lines are passing name, but that is a work for later.
