Fix rates of strange lines

Miguel Ramos Pernas requested to merge mramospe-rare-strange into master

Apply additional requirements (mimicking the Run 2 stripping selections) to reduce the rates of strange lines. Lines now ask the K_S^0 to have low IP with respect to the closest primary vertex and the lifetime to be greater than a number that ensures a 95 % efficiency.
