Update Loki with Thor in dibjet lines

Using Thor in dibjet lines instead of Loki. Added ABS functor in Thor.

It depends on Rec!2881 (merged)

Many thanks @rangel and @pmourafr from me for doing this work. In addition to my comment above, I think you should test that the rates and efficiencies are unchanged by this migration . I think we'll also need a review from at least @ncooke as she developed these lines.

We tried to implement the DPHI functor, but we couldn't find a way to make it run on make_dijets(). To solve this problem, we wrote the delta Phi similar to what we have on master using LoKi. We added a If condition as well to avoid unnecessary operations.
