Draft: Tune charm x sec baryons

Federica Oliva requested to merge feoliva_tuneCharmXSecBaryons into gunther_tuneCharmXSecMesons

Additional cuts added for baryons to reduce the rate, removed Trk requirement still there in the makers of the baryons in the master branch. Still work in progress. For the moment left the PT requirement loose for pi,K (>200MeV)
