Hi! Please copy in the description the rate and efficiency of the line. This would be the first EMTF line from bnoc into master. There is another EMTF line still on development that should be also into master asap.

Hi! these are the numbers below. This was already tested in the bnoc_run3 branch in this MR !1491 (merged) - If looks OK to you both @pbaladro and @peilian can we approve it?
