Fix allen tests

Roel Aaij requested to merge fix_allen_tests into master

TransposeRawBanks was switched to using LHCb::RawBank::BankTypes as a property instead of Allen's BankTypes. The detection from the sequence configuration which banks were needed had not been updated properly, which caused some tests to fail.
