add Calo monitoring plots of ADCs RMS

Aniol Lobo Salvia requested to merge calo_moni_pedestal into master
  • Add calo_moni_pedestal for monitoring of calo. 2D plots of mean and RMS of ADCs per subchannel.
  • Also change binning of cell by cell plots in Digits Monitor to 1 ADC per bin when "Spectrum" property is set to True.
  • Safe default E, ET filters on digit monitor so that it doesn't filter noise when pedestal subtraction is working (otherwise we see inner regions a bit emptier in occupancy on noise runs).
