Updating reco_decode_retina tests to use VPRetinaFullClusterDecoder

The Hlt1 and Hlt2 reco_decode_retina tests have been updated to use the VPRetinaFullClusterDecoder, that converts Retina light clusters to full clusters.

For info and for next time : do not bother trying to update the ref files. It has high chances to fail (as you do not test on the same machines as the nightlies), is anyway incomplete (you do not have the special ref files for v3 or dbg) and is done automatically by the ref update bot anyway.
