Description of the line

• New SL HLT2 line corresponding to B+ -> D0 Tau Nu, with D0 -> K 3Pi and Tau -> 3Pi.
• New builder for D0 -> K 3Pi. Also used existing builders for tauons.

MC samples used in the development

1. Minbias (Nmax=10000).

Efficiency tested with HltEfficiencyChecker for all SL lines. For Nmax=10000, the rate of this line was 0.6 kHz (inclusive) and 0.0 kHz (exclusive). The full table with all rates is attached.
