Add fitted Upstream particles with PID

Add the functionality to make upstream particles, totally disconnected from the rest of the reconstruction. The idea is that individual lines can request upstream particles w/o it interfering with the rest of the reconstruction.

Todo:

• [ ] Currently only for the light_reco options -> how much and what kind of usage do we expect for the TrackBestTrackCreator option?
• Check persistency works (What to do with rich_pids and calo_pids for the upstream tracks?)
• Remove print statements >.<
• _has_rich_ stuff check

Hello @cprouve

Why do you need this to be completely decoupled from the rest of the reconstruction? Is this equivalent to saying that you do not want them in the Best container?
