Do not append Particle to DVAlgorithm locations

Niklas Stefan Nolte requested to merge NN_locations_fiddling into master
  1. removes the appending of /Particle output location in dvalgorithms.
  2. promotes event prefix to core.py to apply it for every datahandle.

WARNING: 2. is considered temporary and is to be removed when we have consistent behaviour of adding or not adding /Event in the rest of the LHCb stack.
