Run all lines for hlt2_analytics and remove the qmtest

The changes of hlt2_all_lines_analytics.py in !2006 (merged) needs to be reverted, because it lets the LHCbPR test Moore_hlt2_rate_and_size runs only on B2OC lines as well (see here).

Now I require the test run on all lines, and remove the corresponding qmtest due to the time cost.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but @sesen I forgot that the change in hlt2_all_lines_analytics.py also affects the huge test we run in LHCbPR, so I have to revert the wg to 'all' and remove the qmtest for now.

@sponce could you please launch the ci-test and merge it asap? Many thanks.
