Draft: HLT2 lines for dark photon from charm decays

Description of the line
Definition of D*0 -> D0 e+ e- HLT2 line.
This trigger line will be used for the dark photon A' search through the rare charm meson decay D*0 -> D0 A' where A' decays promptly in a pair of electrons A -> e+ e-. The range of the dark photon mass values that are in principle accessible is within m(D*0) - m(D0).
D0 and e+ e- pair are built using the make_dzeros and make_rarecharm_TwoElectrons_with_brem charm builders, respectively.

Efficiency and rates
Currently, the efficiency and the rates are low and their optimization is ongoing.
