Apply necessary changes after the signature of FutureNeutralProtoPAlg is changed in LHCb!3956 (merged). Reference files are updated to account for new counters for Relation tables and renaming of old counters related to Additional Info.

Dummy line that cuts on the relation tables is added to generic_lines.

Needs LHCb!3956 (merged). Needs Rec!3302 (merged) (needed for test line).
