Fix Allen-in-Gaudi tests for the DD4Hep builds

Only the calo efficiency and calo resolution tests aren't done, because they need a new sample.

• Move tests to the no_ut sequence
• Remove GEC
• Use the Sim10aU1 sample

Goes with MooreAnalysis!114 (merged) Allen!1129 (merged)
