B2OC: Dhh with protons sprucing updates

Updates to address issues discussed here https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/243#note_6612147

Effectively just change from make_soft_protons to make_tightpid_soft_protons

With additional updates to keep other selections in line with the new ones

The rate of all the lines below should now be between 400--600Hz
