Cleaning up SLB lines

Suzanne Klaver requested to merge SLB_new_cleanup_lines into master

This MR replaces !2039 (closed), together with !2249 (merged). It includes the following changes:

  • removed track chi2 cuts from lines
  • removed ghost track probability cuts from lines (at least for time being, until this is tuned and understood)
  • put persistreco=True for every single line, until this can be replaced by the new isolation tools
  • prescale all FakeMuon lines with 0.1
  • removed the lines for excited states (commit 799753a5 for future reference)
  • fixes muon ID in J/psi->mumu builder
