Add zipping of SOA tracks + PV relations demonstrator

Configuration changes that go with LHCb!2095 (merged) and Rec!1678 (merged).

  • Makes the 1- and 2-track MVA lines produce PV relations up-front and use them
  • Adds a second functor cache for the throughput test options. As described in #73, this is needed to avoid cache misses with these options.
  • Add missing import to throughput script
